Code Quality that Scales with Your Team

Q: Do I need a credit card to start the trial?

No. Sign in with GitHub, Google, or email, install Qodo on your repos, and reviews start running. You will need Admin access to install. A credit card is only required when you pick a paid plan.

Q: What happens when my trial ends?

Reviews pause and the dashboard prompts you to pick a plan. We’ll suggest a credit pack based on the review volume your team generated during the trial. Once you upgrade, reviews resume immediately.

Q: Is there a free plan?

We don’t offer a permanent free tier. After your trial, pick a paid plan to keep reviewing.

Q: Do you have a free plan for open source projects?

Yes. Qualified open source projects can apply to the Qodo for Open Source program for free access.

Q: Can I change plans later?

Yes. Upgrade, downgrade, or switch credit packs from the dashboard at any time. Changes take effect on your next billing cycle.

Q: What happens if I use all my credits before the month ends?

Reviews keep running. Once your base credits are depleted, you enter overage at the same per-credit rate as your base plan, with no premium and no penalty. Overage accrues against a monthly spending cap that you set and can change at any time.

Q: Is there a limit on the number of repositories, users, or reviews?

No limits on repositories or reviews. Add unlimited users during your free trial, and when you upgrade to Pro Teams, the plan supports up to 30 users. Install Qodo on as many repos as you want, run as many reviews as your credit pool supports, and your engineers never need to create Qodo accounts.

Q: Do unused credits roll over to the next month?

Credits expire at the end of each monthly cycle. Each cycle starts fresh with a new pool. Pick a plan that fits your typical usage so you’re not leaving credits on the table, and size up if you find yourself in overage every month

Q: Will my reviews ever stop running unexpectedly?

No. You’ll get notifications as you approach your overage cap, well before reviews pause. If you hit the cap, you can raise it from the dashboard and reviews resume immediately. If a payment fails, we’ll notify you before reviews pause so you have time to update your card.
