Dana Fine is a natural connector who believes that strong communities are the heartbeat of great tech. As Community Manager at Qodo, she brings her energy, empathy, and years of experience leading developer communities, building programs, and creating content that speaks developers’ language.

With a background in DevRel, product marketing, and open-source leadership, Dana knows how to turn ideas into action — and how to make technical topics feel accessible and exciting. She’s passionate about writing practical, real-world content that makes developers’ lives easier, one article at a time.

Dana’s work has been recognized across the industry — she was a CNCF Ambassador in 2023 and a proud GitHub Star in 2024, two honors that highlight her dedication to growing inclusive, innovative communities.

Over the years, Dana has helped scale developer programs at Mend.io and Datree, led initiatives at the GitHub User Group IL and CNCF, and earned a certifications from the Technion – Israel Institute of Technology.

When she’s not bringing people together, writing for developers, or speaking at events, you’ll probably find her tinkering with new open-source projects or cheering on her community from the sidelines — always with a genuine passion for helping others succeed.
